Saturn is known as the jewel planet of the Solar System. Some people also call it The Queen of Planets. Saturn is the second largest planet in the Solar System after Jupiter. Saturn has a lot of rings. All formed by gas, ice and some matter floating around in space. Saturn is at a distance of 1.434 billion kilometers from the Sun. One year here is equal to 29 years on Earth. It has a radius of 58,232 kilometers from its core. Saturn, just like Jupiter, has an atmosphere composing of mostly Hydrogen. It has small amounts of Helium, too. There are some very small doses of Ammonium, Methane, Nitrogen and Oxygen.
